ROUND 4 REPORT - INJE

Top-Four Finish and Tough Lessons for Ethan Brown at Round 4 of Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia

Inje Speedium Korea - Singaporean racer Ethan Brown continued his strong rookie season in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia championship at Inje Speedium, South Korea, showing pace and maturity in a weekend that of mixed weather conditions.

After teammate Nicolas Pirttilahti qualified the #27 car in P6, he started Race 1 and handed over to Brown during the mandatory driver change. Brown drove a clean and composed stint, making up positions to bring the car home in 4th place—just one step off the podium.

Race 2 saw Brown take the start from 12th after a post qualifying penalty, showing competitive pace and moving into 9th before an unfortunate mid-race incident with another car ended their race early. The contact forced a retirement and significant repairs, but it also provided important insights and experience under race pressure.

“This weekend was a reminder of how unpredictable motorsport can be,” said Brown. “I’m really happy with our Race 1 result, but Race 2 was tough. I made a mistake that cost us the race, and I’m very sorry to the team and to Nicolas for the outcome. It’s a hard lesson, but one I’ll learn from and use to come back stronger.”

Ethan now turns his focus to Round 5, which takes place at Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia from 5–7 September, as he continues his push in the championship and his development as one of Asia’s rising GT talents.
